2025 Graduation Information
REMINDERS:
Two important dates:
- June 30 - Last Day to access your MS Teams/Email/Office Account
- August 8 - Last Day to access your MyEducation BC Account
Graduation Certificates:
To ensure the safe delivery of your graduation certificates, we are going to be requesting that they are picked up directly from the school office at the end of the summer.
We will send a reminder email when the graduation certificates are available for pickup, which will be the either the last week of August or in early September. The certificates are sent to the school from the Ministry of Education and there is no set date of arrival.
If you are unable to come to the school to pick up your graduation certificate, you can assign someone to pick it up for you.
Please notify Ms. Wang by email in advance (cwang@vsb.bc.ca) with the name of the person who will be picking up the certificate on your behalf. The designated person must present their ID when they come to pick up the certificate.
